• I will ask for specific permission to keep information and fully explain how I store any records I keep for you, in our initial assessment session.

• Any information held is anonymised and is completely confidential, and would not be shared unless required to do so by law.

• The records are held for a specified period of time and then securely destroyed. You have the right to request copies of any records held and I am member of the ICO - https://ico.org.uk which explains all requirements I am bound by under GDPR requirements

• This will all be fully explained before we start our work together.
